In the Presence of Women: Time to Engage, Explore and Enjoy
I’m happy to let you know that “In the Presence of Women: Time to Engage, Explore and Enjoy” is scheduled via Zoom on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). This will be the fifth event in a five-week series based on my book, The Gift of Presence: A Mindfulness Guide for Women.

If there’s one takeaway message from my book, it’s that self-care isn’t selfish. It’s essential, especially in the midst of challenges, such as a pandemic when we’re understandably experiencing uncertainty, fear, loss and anxiety –individually and collectively.

Each week we will take a journey that will include poetry, a short “blast” about mindfulness, a practice you can make your own, the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas in small groups, and time for a Q & A. You’ll see how Presence and the 3 Ps of Purpose, Pivoting, and Pacing can provide a reset right now to support you in building resilience and feeling restored.
